returns & exchange policy

  • If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return within 5 DAYS of the date of purchase in the original condition (No Scratches, No Tears, No Broken Hardware, No Stains or Markings), tags attached and receipt for merchandise credit.

  • All Sale , clearance and discounted items are FINAL SALE.

  • All custom items are final sale and require a 30% non-refundable deposit.

Cancellation / Late Policy

  • As a courtesy to our other guest and service providers, we require 24 hour notice for canceled or rescheduled appointments.

  • Appointments are required for ALL services. We recommend pre-booking your next appointment upon check out.

  • We offer a courtesy call /email confirmation the day before your scheduled appointment. We allow a 15 minute grace period, however if the 15 minute grace period has exceeds, the appointment will be canceled and subjected to a $25 missed/canceled appointment fee.

Child Policy

  • We Love Children!! However, due to sharp implements, hot wax, chemicals and ect. we are unable to accommodate unattended children under the age of 12. (12 year old or younger, must be supervised by someone 18 or older)

Minors Receiving Services

  • Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to give written consent for service. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause , but appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Eek I'm Scared!!

  • We understand some services can cause anxiety or nervousness for first time clients, however we only allow 1 person in the service rooms at a time. No one is allowed in the service room other then the person receiving the service.

Package & coupon Policy

Service Packages

  • All service packages are NON-REFUNDABLE or TRANSFERABLE. Under NO circumstances can a service that has already been received be provided a refund. If there is any concerns about a service received, please contact management directly.

  • If a service or service package is purchased for you, by you, at no time can that service be transferred to anyone else.

  • Our establishment will NOT honor expired packages. Specific service packages expirations are listed below.

Bombshell Purchased Packages

  • All service packages purchased at our boutique, will have a 6 months expiration from the date of first initial use. For any questions please contact us directly.

Third Party Purchased Coupons

  • All service packages purchased through a third party merchant has 3 months after the first initial use of service before the package expires.

  • If you purchased a Groupon /Coupon and it has expired, you have to pay the difference in the amount towards the regular price. i.e ( If you purchased a service package of 3 , you will be charged the balance a the regular cost of 3 services.) For any questions, please contact us directly.
