Cancellation / Late Policy
- As a courtesy to our other guest and service providers, we require a 24 hour notice to canel or reschedule any appointments.
- Appointments are required for ALL services. We recommend pre-booking your next appointment upon check out.
- We offer a confirmation call the day before your scheduled appointment. We allow a 15 minute grace period, however if the 15 minute grace period exceeds, the appointment will be cancelled.
- We Love Children! However, due to sharp implements, hot wax, chemicals and ect. we are unable to accommodate unattened children under the age of 12. (12 year old or younger must be supervised by someone 18 or older)
Minors Receiving Services
- Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to give written consent for being serviced. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but appreciate your understandin in this matter.
Eek! I'm Scared!
- We Understand some services can cause anxiety or nervousness for first time customers, however we only allow one person in service rooms at a time. No one is allowed to go in the service room other then the person getting serviced.
Service Package Policy
- All Tanning & Waxing packages are NON-REFUNDABLE or TRANSFERABLE. Under NO circumstances can a service that has already been recieved be provided a refund. If there are concerns about a service recieved, please contact management directly.
- If a service or service package is purchased for you, by you at no time can that service be transferred or service to anyone else.
- Our salon will not honor expired packages. Specific service packages expirations are listed below.
Groupon / Coupons
- All service packages purchased through a third party merchant has 4 months after the first intial use of service before the package is expired.
- If you purchased a Groupon or Coupon and it has expired, you have to pay the diffrence the amount you paid to the regular price. i.e (If you purchased a package of 3 services you will have to pay the diffrence of the amount you paid to the regular cost of a service package of 3.) Packages Purchased At Bombshell
- All service packages purchased at our boutique, will have an 8 month expiration from the date of the first inital use. For any questions please contact us directly.
- If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return within 5 DAYS of date of purchase in the orginal condition (No scratches, tears, stains or markings), tags attached and receipt for a merchandise credit.
- All sale , clearance and discounted items are FINAL SALE..
- Custom made items are final sale and require a 30% non-refundable deposit.
